development and management services Assisted Living Centers and other healthcare entities. Since then, Silver Oak has evolved into a full service provider of Senior Living with 9 facilities in 4 states. Currently we manage, operate and/or consult for 18 Assisted Living/Retirement/Memory care facilities in metropolitan and rural areas of Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Colorado and Texas.
